CASE STUDIES

From products, technology and research
to turning questions into action.

My experience spans digital products, games, UX, VR entrepreneurship, global consulting, digital transformation, business education and creative technology.

Some enterprise projects are confidential. I do not share sensitive data, internal materials or information without authorization.

What I want to share:
What was the problem?
What did I do?
What was the outcome?
What did I learn?

01

Global Enterprise Digital Transformation & UX

Accenture

UX Research · Service Design · Digital Transformation · Innovation

During my time at Accenture, I worked on digital transformation, UX, service design and innovation projects, collaborating with business leaders, users, designers, product teams and engineers.

A good solution needs more than a compelling idea. It must answer both: why do users need it, and why is it worth doing for the business?

02

Building a VR Product from Zero to One

VR Startup

Entrepreneurship · VR · Product · Game Design · Emerging Technology

I co-founded a VR startup with partners and helped build a team of around 35 people. My work spanned product concepts, game design, user experience, technology demonstrations and commercial exploration. The project exhibited at CES 2017 and was presented to international markets.

Technology → Product → User Experience → Story → Business

03

Cross-Cultural UX & Product Research

China × Europe

UX Research · Interaction Design · Cross-cultural Research · Product

While studying and working in Europe, I contributed to projects involving user research, interaction design, education technology, children’s products and mobile products. These experiences taught me that people from different cultural backgrounds can interpret the same product in completely different ways.

Sometimes the greatest value of research is not an answer. It is discovering that we were asking the wrong question.

04

Working with Founders & Business Leaders

Business Education

Needs Discovery · Program Design · Entrepreneurship · Connection

In business school and entrepreneurship education roles, I contributed to courses and learning experiences alongside founders and business leaders. My work involved understanding needs, designing content, finding experts, connecting resources and making sense of complex questions.

Founders and executives rarely lack information. What they need is the right information and the right people at the right time.

05 / ONGOING

Tech Week 2026

China–US Founder Research

Field Research · Founder Interviews · China–US · Technology

An ongoing public research project. Through conversations with founders, investors, product professionals and technology practitioners from China, the US and other countries, I am exploring: What are they building? What are their biggest challenges? How do they see China and the US? What misunderstandings and opportunities exist between the two markets?

Research output directions: Founder Interviews · Field Notes · Market Insights · China–US Technology Research

Selected cases come from previous consulting, startup and professional roles, and do not imply current clients of my independent practice.

More public case studies are taking shape.
